Wahiba Sands, also called Sharqiyah Sands, is a desert region of Oman that takes its name from the Wahiba tribe, an area of 12,500 square km of great scientific interest since an expedition in 86 of the Royal Geographical Society, documented the various diversity of terrain, flora and fauna of the region, detecting 16,000 invertebrates and 200 other wild species. In this unique experience, you will have the opportunity to meet a typical Bedouin family, sharing with them the traditional dinner watching the exciting sunset between the desert dunes, before returning to Muscat.
